Welcome to our little corner of the world! These Terms of Sale explain how we handle orders, payments, and the not-so-exciting but very important details of shopping with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders

  • Every handbag is handmade with care, which means small variations in color, weave, or texture are natural and part of their charm.

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check it carefully and let us know right away if something looks off.

2. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro as base, but automatically converted to your local currency outside EU.

  • Payment is due at checkout, and we accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, PayPal, AMEX, and Apple Pay.

  • Taxes or duties may apply depending on your country β€” these are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • EU & North America: 7–10 business days

    • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

  • We’ll send you tracking information once your order is on its way.

  • Please note: customs delays are outside our control (we wish we could hand-deliver each bag to you!).

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return your handbag within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in original condition.

  • Exchanges are welcome, depending on stock availability.

  • Customers cover return shipping costs, except in the case of errors or damaged items.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

5. Cancellations

  • Changed your mind? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us a quick message and we’ll cancel it for you.

  • If the order is already on its way, it will need to follow the return process.

6. Liability

We do our best to ensure your handbag arrives in perfect condition. However, once the parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. Of course, if there’s a problem, we’ll always do our best to help resolve it.
